Making the Best Better
4-H is the youth development program conducted by the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service. 4-H members range from 5-19 years and can select from 82 different project areas. Through non-formal, science-based, experiential education activities, 4-H participants gain knowledge and enhance life skills enabling them to become positive, productive, capable and compassionate members of society. 4-H is an exciting program where you get to "learn by doing". 4-H is about having fun as you are learning, exploring and discovering new things. In 4-H, young people make new friends, develop new skills, become leaders and help shape their communities.
